Sheriff's Sales

Sheriff’s (foreclosure) sales are scheduled by our firm in all 72 Wisconsin counties approximately 4-6 weeks in advance of the SCHEDULED sale date.  A “Notice of Sheriff’s Sale” is published in a local newspaper one time per week for three consecutive weeks prior to the SCHEDULED sale date.  The Notice is posted by the sheriff in accordance with state statutes, which may include posting on the county sheriff’s website.  Adjournments are announced and/or posted and/or published.  Cancellations are announced.  No opening bids will be available if the sale is adjourned or cancelled.

Opening bids are available one business day prior to the SCHEDULED sale date.  To obtain the opening bid, please call 414-761-1700 and press 1 on the afternoon before the sale.
